Return & Warranty Policy

We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience and are confident in the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer 3~12 months warranty service for our products.

✅ Return Policy (within 30 days)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

The return conditions are as follows:

1. Non-quality return items must be in unused condition, retaining the original tags and packaging.

2. Please provide your order number as proof of return.

3. Please send your return request to our E-mail: mimicatclub@gmail.com

4. Please don’t return the goods without first contacting us for confirmation, otherwise it will not be accepted.

We will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions after the return request is accepted. We can also provide a return shipping label if needed.

🛠 12 Months Warranty Service

We offer 3~12 months warranty from the date you receive your product. During this period, we will provide you with free replacements or repair service in case of non-human quality issues:

For example: Aromatherapy Diffusers (12 months warranty)

- Unable to fog / fogging function failure

- Abnormal lights / can not be turned on

- Key failure / power abnormal

- Failure of the internal circuit of the product

- Other confirmed quality problems you mentioned

We will provide you with free replacements or repair service in case of the above non-human quality issues.

Warranty service is not applicable:

- Problems caused by human damage, dropping, water intrusion and other non-product quality reasons.

- Products that have exceeded the warranty period.

- Products that have been dismantled or modified by yourself.

Please provide when applying for a warranty:

1. Order number

2. Description of the problem (photos or videos are preferred)

3. Contact information

Customized items unsealed essential oils and gift cards are not returnable for non-quality issues.
