Return, Cancellation & Warranty Policy
At Mimicat, every diffuser is handcrafted with care, and we stand fully behind the quality of what we make. Please read our policy below.
✅ Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, as it is already on its way to you.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, we take full responsibility. Simply email us a photo of the item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
🛠 12 Months Warranty Service
All our aroma diffusers come with a 12-month warranty from the date you receive your product. During this period, we will provide free replacement or repair service in case of non-human quality issues:
- Unable to fog / fogging function failure
- Abnormal lights / cannot be turned on
- Key failure / power abnormal
- Failure of the internal circuit of the product
- Other confirmed quality problems
Warranty service does not apply to:
- Problems caused by human damage, dropping, water intrusion or other non-quality reasons.
- Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
- Products that have been dismantled or modified by yourself.
When applying for warranty, please provide:
1. Order number
2. Description of the problem (photos or videos are preferred)
3. Contact information
Please send this information to hello@mimicatclub.com and we will process it for you within 1~2 working days.
❗ A Note on Returns
Because each diffuser is handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind reasons once an item has shipped. We hope the cancellation window above gives you the flexibility you need, while our warranty and damage protection ensure you are always covered for anything on our end.
