Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Economy Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue. Keep all packaging and take photos of any damage to support your claim.
